On the way to the creek, he thought to himself: Why is the water muddy, and the master still insists on the water there, obviously I am right? No, I'm going to find the master theory. After walking halfway, he ran back and said, "Why do you insist?" The Buddha did not explain, but said firmly, "Go again." Ananda felt that the master was very stubborn, but he had no choice but to obey. When he came to the stream again, the water was as clear and pure as it used to be. The sand had already flowed away, Ananda smiled, jumped back with water, bowed at the Buddha's feet and said: "Master, you taught me a great lesson, nothing is eternal, just patience." Enlightenment: Everything in the world is flowing, everything is subject to change, and nothing is eternal; only by viewing everything from the perspective of change and development can life be calm and peaceful. .
